About Me

Hi, I'm Sandra and my background is a blend of Australian and Vietnamese heritage. While I identify as Australian, my journey took a profound turn stemming from a lifelong struggle with the residues of intergenerational trauma. Growing up in an ethnic household, I faced unique challenges straddling between two worlds with distinct values, expectations and communication styles.

I sought to understand generational trauma within my own family. This ignited my curiosity about cultural identity intricacies and their impact on individuals and families. I have spent the last decade learning how to cope and navigate the complex intersection between eastern and western cultures.

My personal healing and self-discovery process instilled in me a strong desire to assist others in navigating their unique traumas. My world aims to help you navigate the complexities of living between eastern and western influences, fostering understanding and healing.

Recognising the need for empathic and culturally sensitive mental health support in our diverse community, I am committed to helping you gain insight and break the cycle of generational trauma.
